Ten years after launch of Human Genome Project, the future is here

In April 2003, the International Human Genome Project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. For the first time, anyone could freely read the fundamental instructions needed to make a human body. But the clinical benefits have come more slowly. Now, ten years later, that’s changing.
