Kennedy has spent recent weeks seemingly trying to sound mainstream when it comes to vaccines. “The most effective way to prevent the spread of measles is the MMR vaccine,” he wrote in a social media post in early April following measles-related deaths. [‘Doing your own research’] sounds like a celebration of intellectual exploration and is really an invitation to divorce yourself from reality and then lash out at the people who try to bring you back.

[RFK, Jr.] isn’t mailing out cassettes from his living room in Arizona. This man is the head of a multibillion-dollar federal agency whose entire purpose is to safeguard the health and well-being of the country. Apparently he’s doing his own research, and the results could be very bad.
