A new poll shows that the majority of British Columbians aren’t too keen on genetically modified foods. Many of them would be open to seeing a ban on GMOs. So how safe is food made with GMOs? Our guest, Jon Entine, founder and executive director of the Genetic Literacy Project, says the world’s leading science oversight organizations have concluded they are as safe as conventional or organic foods.
