Farmer Dale Baker of Huntsburg Township understands the growing and business sides of the farming industry.

He spent 30 years working as a seed salesman for two mid-size distributors at different times, Doebler’s Pennsylvania Hybrids, Inc. and Northrup-King.

“We’ve got to feed the world and these United States. We try to do it as economically as we can, but do it as safe as we can,” he said.
