Maine Legislature easily passes GMO food labeling bill

The stateโ€™s Senate unanimously approved a similar version of the bill on Wednesday, after House of Representatives approved LD 718 on Tuesday by a vote of 141 to 4. The final bill will eventually head to Gov. Paul LePage.
