Lab-grown meat, cultured from the stem cells of animals, is considered by many to be a sustainable and ethical solution to the demands of the meat industry. Reuters examines the possibly of lab-grown meat products hitting grocery stores within the next five years, as scientists work to scale up commercial production of popular meats, including hamburgers.
